Description
The F-16D Block 60 is a highly detailed, printable RC fighter jet model designed for electric ducted fan (EDF) propulsion. This kit features a full weapons loadout including missiles and drop tanks, retractable landing gear, and moving control surfaces actuated by Miuzei 15kg digital servos. The model is engineered around a 50mm 4900KV EDF unit with a 40A ESC, and all parts are pre-separated and oriented for direct FDM printing. Files are provided in STL format, split into assembly-ready components matching a physical resin-cast reference layout.
Print settings
Print with FDM using PLA+ or PETG for structural fuselage and wing sections; use resin (MSLA) for fine-detail parts such as cockpit interior, weapons, and landing gear. Large flat panels (wings, tail fins) should be printed flat with 3–4 perimeters and 20–30% gyroid infill for rigidity. Enable supports only for the engine inlet nacelle and undercarriage bays. Sand mating surfaces before assembly and reinforce wing roots with carbon rod or threaded inserts.
