The Airbus A380 is the world’s largest commercial passenger aircraft, here modeled in DHL cargo livery configuration as a detailed 3D-printable STL model. The model features the iconic double-deck wide fuselage, four engine pylons, highly swept main wings with winglets, and the characteristic large vertical stabilizer. Suitable for display models, dioramas, or scale aviation collections, it captures the distinctive silhouette of the A380 from all angles. Supplied as a ZIP archive containing STL files ready for slicing.
Print settings
FDM printing is recommended for larger scale prints; orient the fuselage horizontally along the bed and use supports under the wings and engine nacelles. A layer height of 0.1–0.2 mm with 15–20% infill in PLA or PETG will yield good structural results. For high-detail smaller prints, resin (MSLA/SLA) is advised to capture the fine wing and fuselage surface contours. Print the wings and fuselage as separate parts if bed size is a limiting factor, then bond with CA glue.
