Description
The Gulfstream G550 is a long-range ultra-large business jet developed by Gulfstream Aerospace, faithfully reproduced as a highly detailed 3D printable model. The model features twin rear-mounted turbofan engines, swept wings with winglets, tricycle landing gear fully deployed, and characteristic T-tail configuration with prominent horizontal stabilizer. Ideal for display models, dioramas, or scale aviation collections, rendered in multiple angles to ensure accurate proportions. Supplied as STL files ready for slicing.
Print settings
FDM printing is recommended for larger display scales (1:72 or 1:144); resin printing advised for fine surface detail such as engine fan blades, landing gear struts and fuselage panel lines. Print the fuselage horizontally with the belly facing down to minimise support contact on visible surfaces. Supports are required under the wings, engine nacelles and landing gear assemblies. Recommended infill: 15–20% gyroid for structural parts, 10% for thin wing sections. PLA or PETG suitable for FDM; standard grey resin for detail builds.
