Description
The North American XB-70 Valkyrie is a highly detailed 1:350 scale 3D printable model of the iconic American Mach-3 strategic bomber prototype developed in the 1960s. The model captures the aircraft’s distinctive delta wing configuration, folding wingtips, twin canted vertical stabilizers, and six-engine afterburner cluster, with full landing gear deployed. Supplied as a ready-to-print STL file optimized for both FDM and SLA/resin printers, it also includes a vertical launch display cradle with truss support structure. Perfect for aviation collectors, military modelers, and scale diorama builders.
Print settings
For best surface quality on the slender nose probe and fine cockpit glazing lines, resin (SLA/MSLA) printing is strongly recommended. If printing in FDM, orient the fuselage horizontally and add light tree supports under the canards, engine nacelles, and landing gear struts; use 0.1–0.15 mm layer height and 20–25% infill. The vertical display cradle with truss towers benefits from resin printing to preserve the lattice detail; if printed in FDM, orient the towers vertically. PLA or ABS are suitable for FDM; standard grey resin works well for the finished look shown in the renders.
