Description
The Boeing C-17 Globemaster III is a large strategic and tactical military transport aircraft operated by the U.S. Air Force and allied nations worldwide. This highly detailed 3D printable model captures the aircraft’s iconic features including the four turbofan engines, high-mounted supercritical wings, T-tail configuration with distinctive winglets, and the bulbous nose fuselage. Two versions are included: a standard clean-body version and a windowed/lights variant for added realism. The model is delivered in STL format, ready to slice and print at your preferred scale.
Print settings
FDM printing is recommended for larger display scales (1:100 or above); resin printing suits smaller, more detailed versions. Print the fuselage horizontally with supports enabled under the wings, engine nacelles, and horizontal stabilizer. An infill of 15–20% is sufficient for display purposes; increase to 30%+ if structural rigidity is needed. PLA or PETG are suitable materials; grey or military-green filament will enhance the out-of-box appearance.
