The Embraer Phenom 300E is a high-performance light business jet developed by Brazilian manufacturer Embraer, here reproduced as a highly detailed multi-part 3D printable model. The model captures the aircraft’s distinctive T-tail configuration, rear-mounted engines, cockpit interior with pilot figure, and fine surface details including panel lines, winglets, and landing gear bays. Available in 1:48 and 1:72 scale, it is print-tested in both FDM (PLA) and resin (SLA) technologies. Supplied as STL files inside a ZIP archive, ready to slice and print.
Print settings
This multi-part model has been print-tested in PLA (FDM) and SLA resin. For FDM printing, orient fuselage halves flat on the bed and use supports for overhanging engine nacelles, winglets, and T-tail surfaces; 0.1–0.15 mm layer height and 20–25% infill are recommended for structural rigidity. For resin printing, hollow larger parts and add drainage holes to avoid suction and resin pooling. Fine details such as the cockpit figure and antenna mast benefit greatly from SLA/MSLA technology at 0.05 mm layer height.
