Print settings
FDM printing is suitable for larger-scale builds; resin printing is recommended for fine surface details and panel lines typical of tuner body kits. Print body panels flat or at a slight angle to minimise visible layer lines on large curved surfaces, using supports where overhangs exceed 45°. An infill of 15–20% is sufficient for display purposes; increase to 30–40% if structural rigidity is needed. PLA or PETG work well for FDM; standard or ABS-like resin for best detail reproduction.
