This highly detailed 3D model captures every panel line, kidney grille, multi-spoke wheels, and aero component with precision, making it ideal for display models, dioramas, or collector-grade desktop prints. Suitable for 1:18 to 1:24 scale printing or larger showcase pieces. Supplied as a ready-to-print STL file archive (bmw_m3_e46-tunning.zip).
Print settings
FDM printing is recommended at 0.1–0.15 mm layer height for sharp body panel detail; resin (MSLA/SLA) will yield the best surface finish on the grille slats, vents, and wing end plates. Print the body shell in its natural upright orientation with supports under the front splitter, rear wing main plane, and any overhanging aero parts. An infill of 15–20% is sufficient for display purposes; use PLA or ABS for FDM, or standard grey resin for best post-processing results. The wing and splitter are separate components, so print them individually and glue after finishing.
