Ford Ka Mk1 Facelift STL 3D Print Model

The Ford Ka Mk1 Facelift is a compact three-door city hatchback produced by Ford, here accurately recreated as a high-detail 3D model based on the 2003 facelift version. The model captures all distinctive exterior features including the rounded New Edge body styling, hexagonal front grille with Ford badge, teardrop headlights, rear wiper, fuel cap recess, door handles, side mirrors, and multi-spoke alloy wheels. Print settings

FDM printing is recommended at 0.1–0.15 mm layer height for best surface detail on the curved bodywork. Orient the model with the underside flat on the bed to minimise supports; supports will still be needed around the wheel arches, mirrors, and antenna. An infill of 15–20% is sufficient for a display model; use PLA or PETG for rigidity. Resin (MSLA/SLA) will yield sharper detail on fine elements such as the grille mesh, badges, and wiper blades.
