Print settings

FDM printing is recommended for the exterior body panels using PLA or PETG at 0.1–0.15 mm layer height to preserve surface curvature and panel lines. Orient the car body flat on the build plate (roof down or underside down) to minimize visible layer lines on the hood and flanks; ssupports will be required under the wheel arches, door sills, and rear diffuser. Print the wheels, exhaust outlets, and interior parts as separate components and assemble after post-processing. An infill of 15–20% is sufficient for display purposes; increase to 40% or higher for structural parts if assembling a multi-piece model.
