Print settings
FDM printing is recommended at 0.1–0.15 mm layer height for capturing fine grille mesh and badge letailing. Orient the body shell upright or at a slight rear tilt to minimise support contact on the hood and roof surfaces; supports are required under the wheel arches, side skirts and rear diffuser. Use PLA or PETG at 20–30% infill for display purposes; resin (MSLA) is ideal for collectors seeking maximum surface detail on grilles and exhaust outlets. Print wheels separately and glue after post-processing for best results.
