Ural 4420 Military Truck Tractor STL 3D Print Model

The Ural 4420 is a Soviet 6×6 military truck tractor produced from 1978 for the Soviet Armed Forces, designed to haul heavy semi-trailers across extreme off-road terrain. This highly detailed 3D model captures the iconic flat-nosed cab, characteristic vertical grille slats, dual rear axle bogie, fifth-wheel coupling plate, spare tire mount, and fully modeled undercarriage with chassis frame, suspension arms, and axle differentials. Print settings

FDM printing is suitable for large structural parts (chassis, cab shell, fenders) at 0.15–0.20 mm layer height with 20–30% infill; use PLA or PETG for rigidity. Resin (MSLA/DLP) is strongly recommended for the small detail parts such as the grille, mirrors, axle hubs, and tire tread to preserve fine surface detail. Print the cab upright with the windshield face down and add supports under the roof overhangs and fender arches. Wheels are best printed flat on the build plate with tree supports to preserve lug detail; scale to 1:24 or 1:18 before slicing.
