Kenworth W900 with Trailer STL 3D Print Model

The Kenworth W900 is a highly detailed 3D printable model of the iconic American long-nose semi truck, complete with a full-length box trailer. The model features an extensively detailed cab exterior with roof horns, twin exhaust stacks, riveted panels, and a realistic interior, plus a fully modeled undercarriage with twin-drive rear axles, fifth wheel coupling, leaf spring suspension, driveshaft, and air tanks. Print settings

FDM printing is recommended for larger structural parts such as the cab body, chassis rails, and trailer panels; resin printing is advised for fine detail parts like exhaust stacks, horns, rivets, and interior components. Print cab and trailer walls vertically to minimize visible layer lines on large flat surfaces, and use supports for the fenders, door mirrors, and undercarriage brackets. Recommended infill of 20–30% with 3–4 perimeter walls for structural parts; detail parts can be printed solid at 100% infill. PLA or PLA+ is suitable for most parts; ABS or PETG is preferable for flexible or stress-bearing assemblies.
