International DuraStar Armored Truck STL 3D Print Model

The International DuraStar is a heavy-duty armored cash transport truck built on the 2002 International DuraStar platform, featuring a fully detailed two-axle chassis, reinforced bullion-style vault body with security door, warning stripe panels, and cab details including grille, mirrors, windshield wipers, and step boards. This high-fidelity 3D model captures every panel, hinge, latch, and light cluster of a real-world armored vehicle used by financial security companies. Ideal for scale dioramas, tabletop gaming props, display pieces, or collectors of security and commercial vehicles. Supplied as STL files ready for FDM or resin printing.

Print settings

FDM printing is suitable for the main body and chassis at 0.15–0.2 mm layer height with 20–30% infill; resin printing is recommended for fine cab details, mirrors, door latches, and step treads. Print the vault body and cab as separate parts oriented upright or on their largest flat face to minimize supports. Supports are required under the mirrors, step boards, and undercarriage components. PLA or ABS in gray and dark blue is suggested to match the prototype livery.
