Print settings
FDM printing is recommended for larger scales (1:18–1:24) using PLA or PETG with a 0.1–0.2 mm layer height to preserve surface curvature and panel line detail. Resin (MSLA/SLA) is strongly recommended for smaller scales (1:43–1:64) to capture fine embossed lettering and wheel spoke geometry. Orient the body shell upright or at a slight angle to minimize stair-stepping on the curved roofline; supports will be required under the front spoiler lip, side mirrors, and rear wing. An infill of 15–20% is sufficient for display purposes.
