Print settings
FDM printing is recommended for larger display builds; resin printing will better capture fine surface details such as the embossed badging, grille texture, and tire tread. Print the body shell upright or at a slight rear tilt with supports enabled for overhanging panel edges, mirrors, and wiper arms. An infill of 15–20% is sufficient for display purposes; use PLA or ABS for the body and flexible resin or TPU for tires if printed separately. Sand and prime before painting to bring out the panel lines and embossed lettering.
