BMW 3 Series Touring G21 STL 3D Print Model

The BMW 3 Series Touring G21 is a highly detailed 3D printable model of the 2020 generation estate wagon, faithfully reproducing the iconic kidney grille, sculpted hood, and sleek fastback roofline. The model includes a fully modeled interior with steering wheel, dashboard, seats, and door panels, as well as detailed underbody exhaust tips and multi-spoke alloy wheels. Ideal for scale display models, dioramas, or showcase prints, it is supplied as an STL file ready for slicing. Both exterior and interior geometry are clean and well-resolved, making it suitable for FDM or resin printing at a variety of scales.

Print settings

For FDM printing, orient the body shell flat on the build plate and use supports for the wheel arches, side mirrors, and front bumper undercuts; 0.1–0.15 mm layer height and 20–30% infill in PLA or PETG are recommended for a smooth surface finish. Resin (MSLA/DLP) printing is strongly recommended for the finer interior parts, grille slats, exhaust pipes, and wheel spokes, as these features contain very fine detail that FDM may not resolve cleanly. Print the body, interior tub, wheels, and mirrors as separate pieces and assemble after post-processing. Painting and priming with a grey primer first will help reveal any surface imperfections before final finishing.
