Orient body halves flat on the bed to minimize layer lines on visible surfaces; the roll-cage bars print best vertically with minimal supports. Use 20–30% infill for structural parts and 10–15% for decorative panels. Tires benefit from a 45° orientation with tree supports to capture the aggressive tread pattern accurately.
