Print settings

Resin printing (MSLA/DLP) is strongly recommended to preserve the fine wire-spoke wheel details, louvered hood vents, and external exhaust pipes. Print the body and chassis as separate pieces oriented horizontally to minimize support scarring on visible surfaces. Use supports on the wheel arches, headlamp housings, and undercarriage; 0.05–0.08 mm layer height will best capture surface detail. For FDM, a 0.1–0.15 mm layer height with 20–25 % infill and PLA or ABS is viable for larger-scale prints where fine detail is less critical.
