Print settings
FDM printing is recommended for larger body panels using PLA or PETG with 15–20% infill and layer heights of 0.1–0.15 mm for surface quality. Resin printing (MSLA/DLP) is strongly advised for small detailed parts such as the dashboard, engine components, exhaust tips, and suspension arms. Support structures will be needed for overhanging surfaces like wheel arches and the underside chassis components. Print body panels in the orientation that places the largest flat face down to minimize visible layer lines.
