DAF XF 105 106 STL 3D Print Model

The DAF XF 105/106 is a highly detailed 3D printable model of the iconic European semi truck tractor unit, covering both the XF105 (Euro 5/6, up to 6×2 configuration) and XF106 (Euro 6, 4×2 configuration) generations. The model features fully modeled cab exterior and interior, chassis, drivetrain components, suspension, fifth wheel coupling, fuel tanks, and dual rear axle variants, making it ideal for scale model collecting and display at 1:24 or 1:18. All geometry is clean and print-ready, supplied as STL files inside a single ZIP archive. The pack includes multiple configuration variants with separate mesh objects and clean UV-mapped topology, suitable for both FDM and resin printing workflows.

Print settings

Resin printing (MSLA/DLP) is recommended for the cab body, grille details, and fine exterior trim to preserve sharp panel lines and lettering. FDM printing is suitable for the chassis, frame rails, fuel tanks, and larger structural parts; use a 0.2 mm layer height, 20–30% infill, and add supports under the front bumper overhang and mirror housings. Print the cab upright with the front face down to minimise support scarring on visible surfaces. ABS or ASA is recommended for FDM parts intended for display models, as it sands and paints well.
