Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Z71 STL 3D Print Model

Print settings

FDM printing is recommended for the body shell using PLA or PETG at 0.1–0.2 mm layer height with 20–30% infill; resin printing (MSLA) will better capture fine surface details such as the grille mesh, Z71 badges, and tire tread. Print the cab and bed separately in the upright orientation to minimize support contact on exterior surfaces. Supports are required under the wheel arches, mirrors, and front bumper overhangs. Post-processing with light sanding and a primer coat is advised before painting to achieve a show-quality finish.
