Description
The International DuraStar is a medium-duty box truck produced by International Truck, widely used for urban freight and refrigerated delivery. This highly detailed 3D model captures the 2002 generation with its characteristic diamond-grille cab, dual rear axle configuration, roll-up rear door, hydraulic lift gate, and rooftop refrigeration unit. Suitable for scale display models, dioramas, and tabletop use, the mesh includes fine surface detail such as rivets, panel seams, and undercarriage components. Supplied as STL files ready for slicing.
Print settings
FDM printing is recommended for full-size display builds; resin printing is ideal for capturing fine rivet and panel detail at smaller scales. Print the cab and box body as separate orientated parts—cab face-down, box sides flat on the build plate—to minimize support use. Supports are needed under the side mirrors, lift gate arms, and refrigeration unit overhangs. Use 20–30% infill with a wall count of 3–4 for structural rigidity; PLA or PETG work well for most components.
