Print settings

FDM printing is recommended for the main body and deck structures using PLA or PETG at 0.1–0.2 mm layer height with 15–20% infill. The fine railings, bogie details, and mesh ramp guards may benefit from resin printing (MSLA/DLP) for sharper resolution. Orient the main deck flat on the build plate to minimise warping; railings and end ramps may require supports. Print smaller detail parts separately and assemble after post-processing.
