Print settings

Resin (SLA/MSLA) printing is recommended for the 1:24 and 1:64 scales to preserve fine surface detail such as the grille mesh, hood louvers, and wheel spokes; FDM with a 0.2 mm layer height and a 0.4 mm nozzle is suitable for the 1:18 scale. Print the body shell and hood flat on the build plate with supports on overhanging edges such as the front splitter and rear diffuser. An infill of 15–20 % is sufficient for display models; increase to 30 % if the parts will be assembled and handled frequently. PLA or ABS for FDM, standard grey or clear resin for SLA, are the tested and recommended materials.
