Print settings

FDM printing is recommended for larger display builds; resin (MSLA/DLP) is preferred for smaller scales where fine surface details such as the VW emblem, window frames, and bumper curves must be preserved. Print the main body shell oriented upright with the roof facing up to minimize support contact on visible surfaces; hollow interior parts may require internal supports. Use 15–20% infill for structural panels and 40%+ for solid detail parts such as bumpers and mirrors. PLA or PLA+ works well for decorative display purposes; ABS or ASA is advised if the model will be painted or post-processed.
