Description
The Polaris Ranger Crew is a full-size 4-seat utility side-by-side UTV featuring a rear cargo flatbed, open roll-cage structure, and detailed interior with bucket seats and steering wheel. This high-detail 3D print model captures the aggressive front fascia with hex-mesh grille, angular headlights, chunky all-terrain tires, independent suspension components, and a tow hitch receiver at the rear. Two versions are included: an open-frame variant and a windowed/lights variant with glazed panels. Supplied as STL files ready for FDM or resin printing at any scale.
Print settings
FDM printing is recommended for the body panels and roll-cage tubes; resin printing suits fine interior details such as seats and dashboard components. Print the main body sections horizontally on their flattest face to minimise supports; roll-cage uprights print best vertically. Use 20–30% infill with a wall count of 3–4 for structural parts, and 15% for decorative panels. PLA or PETG are suitable materials; prime and paint after assembly for best results.
