Passenger Train Car V2 with Interior STL 3D Print Model

The Passenger Train Car V2 is a highly detailed 3D printable model of a classic European-style passenger railway coach, featuring fully modeled interior seats, bogies with detailed wheelsets, end vestibules with doors and coupling hardware, and a ribbed roof profile. The model includes two versions: a standard windowed variant with visible interior and a sealed ‘Windowed/Lights’ version with closed panel sides for different diorama or layout applications. Designed for scale model train layouts, dioramas, or display builds, it captures period-correct details including buffer beams, screw couplings, and drop-light windows. Files are provided in STL format ready for slicing.

Print settings

Resin printing (MSLA/DLP) is strongly recommended to capture the fine bogie, coupling, and interior seat details at smaller scales. If printing in FDM at larger scales (1:32 or above), use a 0.2 mm layer height, supports on the underframe and bogie assemblies, and orient the body shell flat on its side. An infill of 15–20% is sufficient for the shell; print bogies separately for best detail. PETG or PLA are suitable materials for the main body; ABS may be used if post-processing is planned.
