Description
The Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 Sunline Racing is a widebody race-prepped rendition of Nissan’s legendary JDM icon, featuring an aggressive aerodynamic kit, deep front splitter, and a tall GT wing. The model includes a fully detailed interior with roll cage, racing bucket seats, and a complete dashboard, plus deep-dish six-spoke wheels. Designed as a static display model, it suits scales from 1:24 to 1:12 for collectors and JDM enthusiasts. The file is provided in STL format, ready to slice for FDM or resin 3D printing, with a windowed/lights version included for added detail options.
Print settings
Resin printing (SLA/DLP) is recommended to capture the fine roll cage, wheel spokes, and interior details, though FDM at a fine layer height (0.1-0.12mm) can also work for the body shell. Print the body and wing separately from the wheels and interior details to simplify support removal, orienting the main body at a slight angle to minimize supports on the hood and roof. Use light infill (10-15%) for the body panels since they are primarily cosmetic, and glue small parts like mirrors and the wing struts after printing. Supports will be needed for the underside, front splitter, and wing mounts.
