Mercedes-Benz Axor 1828A Military Truck STL 3D Print Model

The Mercedes-Benz Axor 1828A is a highly detailed 3D model of the 2005 military variant of this medium-duty cargo truck, widely used by armed forces across Europe and South America. The model features a fully modeled cab interior with seats and steering wheel, canvas-covered cargo bed with tie-down ropes and riveted frame rails, detailed undercarriage with differential, suspension, fuel tanks, and toolboxes. Print settings

FDM printing is recommended for large-scale builds (1:35 or 1:24 scale); resin is ideal for detail-critical smaller scales such as 1:72 or 1:48. Print the cab and cargo bed separately, oriented with the flat underside facing the build plate to minimize supports. Use supports under the side mirrors, exhaust stack, and tow hitch; 20–30% infill with 3–4 perimeters ensures structural rigidity. PLA or ABS work well for display models; flexible TPU is not recommended for any structural part.
