Citroen Xsara WRC 2005 Sebastien Loeb STL 3D Print Model

The Citroen Xsara WRC is the legendary World Rally Championship machine that carried Sébastien Loeb to multiple world titles, faithfully reproduced here as a highly detailed 3D printable model. This 2005-season version features the full racing bodywork with wide-body fender flares, large rear wing, roof antennas, and a complete roll-cage interior with racing seats, steering wheel and co-driver equipment. The model is supplied in two variants — an open/no-windows version exposing all interior and boot detail, and a windowed/lights version for a cleaner display finish — both provided as STL files ready for printing. Scale and part breakdown make it suitable for display models, dioramas, or collector shelves.

Print settings

Resin printing (MSLA/DLP) is strongly recommended to capture the fine surface detail on the body panels, roll cage, and wheel spokes. Print the body shell upright or at a slight rear-upward angle to minimise supports on the bonnet vents and front splitter; use light supports on the rear wing endplates and antennas. For FDM, split the model into sub-assemblies and print at 0.1–0.15 mm layer height with 20–30 % infill; PETG or PLA+ work well for structural rigidity. Sand and prime before painting to bring out the bodywork character lines.
