Challenger MT800 Track Tractor STL 3D Print Model

The Challenger MT800 is a high-horsepower rubber-belted track tractor widely used in large-scale row-crop and tillage operations. This highly detailed 3D model captures the distinctive Mobil-Trac undercarriage system, the rounded panoramic cab, the rear three-point hitch linkage, hydraulic couplers, and the front counterweight assembly. The pack includes two cab versions — open-frame and windowed/lights — covering multiple display and diorama use cases. All parts are provided in STL format, ready for FDM or resin printing at any scale.

Print settings

FDM printing is recommended for the main body and track assemblies; use resin for small hydraulic detail parts and hitch linkages. Print the cab upright with supports on the overhanging roof visor; orient the track units flat to minimise layer lines on the belt surface. Suggested infill 20–30 % with 3 perimeters for structural parts; PLA or PETG work well for display models. The two model versions (open and windowed cab) allow separate painting of glass surfaces before final assembly.
