Print settings
Due to the high part complexity — overhanging cab roof, ladder rails, cutting base dividers, and open mesh panels — FDM printing with supports is required; orient the main body upright and print the cutting base dividers separately. Use PLA or PETG at 0.1–0.15 mm layer height with 20–30% infill for structural parts and 10% for decorative shells. Resin (MSLA) is strongly recommended for the fine cutting dividers and cab details to preserve sharpness. Consider splitting the model into sub-assemblies (cab, body, cutting head) for easier post-processing and painting.
