Caterpillar 963 Track Loader STL 3D Print Model

The Caterpillar 963 is a heavy-duty tracked loader featuring a large front bucket with cutting teeth, articulated hydraulic lift arms, dual crawler undercarriages with detailed track links, and a reinforced operator cab with protective ROPS cage. Two cabin variants are included: a fully armored/windowless version and a windowed/lights version, offering versatility for diorama, tabletop, and display builds. The model captures fine mechanical details including hydraulic cylinders, sprocket wheels, idler rollers, engine grille, exhaust stack, and interior cab elements visible through the windows. Files are provided in STL format ready for 3D printing at any scale.

Print settings

FDM printing is recommended for large-scale display models; resin printing suits smaller or highly detailed versions. Print the main body upright and the bucket flat or at a slight angle to minimize scarring on visible surfaces. Supports are required under the hydraulic arms, bucket linkages, and cab overhang areas. Recommended infill of 15–25% with a 0.2 mm layer height for FDM; ABS or PETG for structural parts, PLA for display use.
