Print settings
Resin printing (MSLA/DLP) is strongly recommended to capture fine panel lines, rotor hub details, and cockpit framing accurately. Print the fuselage horizontally with the belly facing down; rotor blades should be printed flat or at a slight angle with light supports along the trailing edge. FDM is viable for larger scales with 15–20% infill and 3 perimeters; use PLA or PLA+ for stability. Support the rotor mast assemblies and any protruding antennae carefully to avoid breakage during removal.
