Highly detailed 3D printable model of the Bell Boeing V-22 Osprey, the iconic American multi-mission tiltrotor aircraft used by the US military. Available in two scales (1:48 and 1:72), this multi-part model captures the distinctive tilting rotor nacelles, cockpit glazing, retractable landing gear, and refueling probe. Print-tested in both PLA (FDM) and SLA resin for guaranteed accuracy and fit. Supplied as a single ZIP archive containing all part files ready to slice.
Print settings
Print-tested in PLA (FDM) and SLA resin. For FDM, print fuselage halves flat on the bed with supports enabled for the cockpit overhang and nacelle mounts; recommended infill 20–30% with 2–3 perimeters. Rotor blades and thin wing surfaces are best printed in resin (SLA/MSLA) to avoid warping and capture fine edge detail. At 1:72 scale, resin is strongly advised for all parts due to small feature sizes; at 1:48 FDM with 0.1–0.15 mm layer height is viable for the main fuselage.
