Highly detailed 3D printable model of the Kamov Ka-50 ‘Black Shark’, a Russian single-seat attack helicopter featuring its iconic coaxial rotor system. Available in two scales (1:48 and 1:72), this multi-part kit captures the characteristic nose cannon, stub wings with ordnance, and camouflage panel details. Ideal for scale modelers, military diorama builders, and aviation enthusiasts. Delivered as ka-50.zip containing print-tested files optimized for both FDM (PLA) and resin (SLA) printers.
Print settings
Both FDM (PLA) and SLA/MSLA resin printing have been tested and confirmed. For FDM, print rotor blades flat with brim for adhesion and use 20–30% infill on structural body parts; supports are recommended for the cockpit underside and landing gear. For resin, orient the fuselage at 30–45° to minimize suction forces and use light supports on fine details such as the rotor hub and gun barrel. Layer height of 0.1 mm is recommended for best surface quality regardless of technology.
