Highly detailed 3D printable model of the Sikorsky CH-53E Super Stallion, the United States Marine Corps’ heavy-lift transport helicopter. The model faithfully reproduces the characteristic seven-blade main rotor, four-blade tail rotor, triple-engine configuration, sponson fuel tanks, and forward sensor pod. Ideal for display, dioramas, or scale modeling projects. Supplied as a ZIP archive containing print-ready mesh files.
Print settings
FDM printing is recommended for larger scale builds; resin printing is advised for finer detail reproduction on rotor blades and cockpit glazing. Print the fuselage in a horizontal orientation to minimize layer lines on the main body surfaces. Rotor blades should be printed flat with no supports; the fuselage and tail boom will require light supports under the sponsons and cockpit overhang. Suggested material is PLA or PETG at 15–20% infill for the fuselage, with 2–3 perimeters for structural integrity.
