Print settings

FDM printing is recommended for larger display scales (1:18 or bigger), while resin printing will best capture the fine aero details such as the canards, diffuser fins, and wheel spokes at smaller scales. Print the body shell upright or at a slight forward tilt with supports enabled under the front splitter, canards, wing endplates, and side mirrors. Use 20–30% infill with a 0.1–0.2 mm layer height for exterior parts; wheels and wing assembly benefit from 40% infill for rigidity. PLA or ABS works well for the shell; PETG is advisable for the wing and splitter to resist post-processing stress.
