Koenigsegg Agera R 2013 Zephyr Patrol STL 3D Print Model

The Koenigsegg Agera R 2013 Zephyr Patrol is a highly detailed fan-concept 3D model based on the iconic Swedish hypercar, reimagined as a law-enforcement patrol vehicle with roof-mounted light bars, sensor pods, A-pillar cameras, and a fully modeled open cockpit interior. The model is presented in both an open-top version with exposed interior detail and a windowed/lights closed variant, offering versatility for display or diorama use. Designed for scale modelers and collectors, it captures every aerodynamic surface of the Agera R — diffuser fins, side air intakes, rear wing, and five-spoke wheels — alongside the custom patrol equipment. Supplied as STL files ready for 3D printing.

Print settings

FDM printing is feasible for the main body at standard scales (1:24–1:18), but resin (MSLA/DLP) is strongly recommended to preserve the fine surface lines, diffuser fins, roof equipment details, and interior components. Print the body oriented nose-up at a slight angle to minimize support scarring on visible surfaces; interior parts and roof accessories should be printed separately. Use supports on the underside diffuser, wheel arches, and roof-mounted equipment. Infill of 15–20% is sufficient for display pieces; ABS or resin for best surface quality.
