Bajaj RE Auto Rickshaw STL 3D Print Model

The Bajaj RE Auto Rickshaw is one of the most iconic three-wheeled passenger vehicles in South and Southeast Asia, widely known as a tuk-tuk. This highly detailed 3D model captures the full exterior and interior, including the driver’s seat, passenger bench, handlebars, windshield wipers, side mirrors, rear tail lights, and spoke wheels. Two versions are included: a standard open canopy variant and a windowed/lights version, making it suitable for display models, dioramas, or scale scene compositions. Supplied as STL files ready for 3D printing.

Print settings

FDM printing is recommended for the main body panels using PLA or PETG at 0.15–0.2 mm layer height; resin printing is advisable for fine interior and mechanical details such as the handlebars, wipers, and wheel spokes. Print the body upright or at a slight rear tilt to minimize supports on the canopy; the canopy and chassis may benefit from being split and printed separately. Use supports for overhanging roof edges, the front fender, and the windshield frame. An infill of 15–20% is sufficient for display purposes.
