Bombardier BiLevel Coach STL 3D Print Model

The Bombardier BiLevel Coach is a double-deck passenger rail car widely used in North American commuter and intercity services. This highly detailed 3D model features two full seating decks with interior curtain detail, end vestibules with grab handles and diaphragm doors, detailed bogies/trucks, roof HVAC equipment, and all underframe hardware. Two versions are included: an open-window model and a sealed windowed/lights variant ideal for illuminated diorama builds. Supplied as STL files ready for FDM or resin printing at any scale.

Print settings

Resin printing (MSLA/DLP) is strongly recommended to capture the fine bogie, window-frame, and underframe detail. Print the car body horizontally on its side with light supports on window openings and vestibule overhangs; bogies and grab-rail assemblies print best individually in a vertical orientation with fine supports. For FDM use 0.1–0.15 mm layer height, 20–25 % infill, and PLA or PETG. Prime and sand before painting to bring out panel-line and rivet detail.
