Virgin Racing F1 Car STL 3D Print Model

The Virgin Racing F1 Bolide is a highly detailed Formula 1 single-seater race car 3D model, faithfully reproducing the iconic livery and aerodynamic package of the Virgin Racing team. The model features a full multi-element front wing, sidepods, rear diffuser, rear wing assembly, suspension wishbones, brake ducts and detailed wheel rims, all captured across six orthographic and perspective views. Designed for display scale modeling and dioramas, it is supplied as STL files ready for slicing and 3D printing. The package includes the file Virgin_Bolide_F1.zip containing all body and component parts separated for optimal printing.

Print settings

FDM printing is recommended at 0.1–0.15 mm layer height for best surface quality on curved bodywork panels; resin (MSLA/DLP) will yield superior detail on fine aerodynamic elements such as front wing endplates and suspension links. Print the main monocoque body horizontally with the underfloor face-down to minimise support scarring on visible surfaces. Enable supports for the rear wing pillars, front wing cascade elements and suspension arms; an infill of 15–20% is sufficient for display purposes. PLA or ABS in any colour works well; white or light grey base colour is ideal for painting and decal application.
