Print settings

FDM printing is recommended at 0.1–0.15 mm layer height for body panel sharpness; resin (MSLA/SLA) will yield superior surface detail on the wing elements, headlight bezels, and hood vents. Orient the car body flat on its underside with the roof facing up to minimise support contact on visible surfaces. Enable supports for the rear wing assembly, side mirrors, and front splitter undercut areas. Use 15–20% infill (gyroid) for the main body shell; wing struts and exhaust tips may benefit from 30–40% infill for added strength. PLA or PLA+ is adequate for display; ABS or ASA if the model will be sanded, primed, and painted.
