Print settings
Resin printing is strongly recommended for fine surface detail on small components such as the turbocharger inlets and cooling fan blades. Print each part separately in its flat or natural orientation to minimize supports; the engine block may require supports on overhanging bolt flanges. For FDM, use a 0.2 mm layer height with 20–30% infill and PLA or ABS. Light sanding and priming between parts will yield the best display finish.
