Print settings
Resin printing is strongly recommended to capture the fine bolt, fin, and pipe details visible on the block, headers, and supercharger housing. If printing in FDM, split the model into sub-assemblies and orient each part to minimize overhangs; supports will be required around the exhaust headers and intake stack. Suggested infill of 20–30% with a 0.1–0.2 mm layer height for best surface quality. PETG or ABS are good choices for FDM to allow light post-processing and painting.
