Maybach Exelero STL 3D Print Model

The Maybach Exelero is one of the most exclusive and iconic luxury sport coupes ever built, commissioned by Fulda Tires and unveiled in 2005. This highly detailed 3D model captures the car’s distinctive vertical-slat grille, muscular rear haunches, round taillights, sculpted side skirts, five-spoke wheels, and fully modeled interior with steering wheel and dashboard. Available in two versions — with and without windows/lights — making it versatile for display prints, scale models, or dioramas. Supplied as STL files ready for slicing and printing.

Print settings

FDM printing is recommended for the body shell at 0.1–0.2 mm layer height with 20–30% infill; resin printing is ideal for fine details such as the grille slats, taillights, and wheel spokes. Print the body in an angled orientation to minimize visible layer lines on the hood and roof surfaces. Supports are required under the front bumper overhang, side mirrors, and wheel arches. PLA or PETG work well for the exterior; ABS or resin for small detail parts.
