Print settings
Resin printing (MSLA/DLP) is strongly recommended to preserve the fine port openings, bolt bosses, and surface texture. Orient the head deck face-down or at a slight angle to minimize support contact on critical surfaces. FDM is viable at 0.1–0.15 mm layer height with 20–30% infill; use tree supports around the port passages. PLA or ABS are suitable materials; grey resin will best replicate the cast-iron appearance shown in the render.
