Print settings

FDM printing is recommended at 0.1–0.15 mm layer height for body panel smoothness; resin (MSLA/DLP) will yield superior surface detail on badges and grille mesh. Supports are required under the bumpers, side mirrors, exhaust tips, and wheel arch overhangs. Recommended infill: 15–20% gyroid for structural rigidity without excess weight. PLA or ABS work well for display models; ABS or ABS-like resin is preferred if light post-processing (sanding, priming) is planned.
