Description

The Acura ARX-06 is the Performance Development prototype built for the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, racing in the GTP class from 2023. It is a hybrid Le Mans Daytona h (LMDh) race car powered by a twin-turbo V6 engine, based on an Oreca chassis. This 3D printable model is intended for display and collecting, and the scale can be adjusted in your slicer to fit your build volume. The design is supplied as STL files ready for slicing.

Print settings

FDM works well for a model of this type, with a 0.12-0.2 mm layer height for a clean finish; resin is recommended if you want to capture fine aerodynamic details. Print the body panels with the underside on the bed and use tree or light supports under wings, splitters and overhangs. A 10-15% infill in PLA or PETG is enough for a display model. If the model is split into several parts, check the fit before gluing and sand the joints before painting.
